THE DETAILS
CONSULTATION + BROCHURE
In person or online consultation around 2 months prior to your wedding day to run through all of the wedding day details, you have so perfectly managed so far.
VENUE VISIT
Venue visit to finalise all timelines, schedules and details discussed in consultation.
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
Management of wedding supplier communication and co-ordination on the run up to your wedding day.
SCHEDULES AND PLANS
On-the-day wedding schedules and plans for yourselves, the venue and all relevant suppliers.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT BOARDS
Access to personalised project management boards so that we can communicate efficiently and track your planning progress.
LEAD CO-ORDINATION
Meet with all necessary suppliers on the morning of your wedding day, co-ordinating the set up and finalising of all relevant details. Working with you and your venue to be the main contact throughout your day, leaving you safe in the knowledge that every detail is being taken care of for you.
Providing assistance to you, your family and your guests, calmly handling any issues should they occur. Being present on your wedding day from morning until first dance.
STYLING SET UP AND COLLECTION
Assistance with styling set up if required.
Post wedding clean up, co-ordinating returns and collections the following day of your wedding day if required.
All of the above, is inclusive of but not exclusive to.
I appreciate that all weddings are different and may require extra services to the above and that is why I will always create a bespoke proposal according to your individual requirements.
