Your bespoke wedding design will be created and styled by
AR Weddings.
I’ll spend time getting to know you and your relationship, capturing your unique energy, to create beautifully curated mood boards and descriptive styling plans, for myself and your chosen suppliers to work from. Ensuring a coherent aesthetic and atmosphere throughout your day.
Sourcing appropriate decor, props and any other required wedding suppliers, enabling a smooth planning process and on the day styling set-up.

You’ve chosen the perfect wedding venue and some of your suppliers and would now like assistance in creating a clear and cohesive vision for your wedding day.
Perhaps you are feeling a little overwhelmed by the sheer amount of choice available to you and need help shaping your wedding design and overall guest experience.
You lead busy lives and would like me to source and provide your styling items for you too.
You would like you, your family and your friends to be able to relax and enjoy your wedding day, safe in the knowledge that everything will be set up and beautifully styled (and taken away afterwards too).

CONSULTATION & BROCHURE
A complimentary initial consultation to discuss any ideas, thoughts, specific requirements and budgets.
QUESTIONNAIRE
A questionnaire to get to know all the details a little further and a venue visit with you both to confirm your vision and requirements.
VENUE VISIT
A meeting with you both at your venue. It’s a chance to meet each other in person and discuss potential ideas, thoughts and requirements further.
BESPOKE CONCEPT BOARDS
Bespoke styling concept boards, based upon ideas discussed during our discussions. These boards can then be used as reference points for you and other suppliers.
SUPPORT & GUIDANCE
Phone, video, text and email consultations as and when required for any wedding related queries.
STYLING BUDGET GUIDANCE
Guidance and budget support to achieve the very best out of your styling budgets.
PERSONALISED PROJECT BOARDS
Access to personal project management boards so that we can communicate efficiently; keep track of your planning progress and safely keep all relevant contacts, documents, invoices, budget calculators and design information in one place.
SOURCING OF ALL STYLING PROPS
Sourcing of any props, including, but not exclusive of, décor, table linen, crockery, glassware and cutlery, furniture, lighting etc.
VENUE AND UPPLIER LIAISON
Venue and supplier liaison as and when required.
SUPPLIER SOURCING
Sourcing, planning and management of any additional suppliers if required.
FINAL CONSULTATION
A final consultation around 4 weeks before your ceremony date including venue visit if required.
PLANS AND SCHEDULES
Detailed styling plans, and timeline schedules for styling, including all creative suppliers and venue.
STYLING SET UP AND COLLECTION
Providing myself as lead stylist with a team of assistants on the day to set up all styling items on the wedding day, as well as organisation of collection of all items the following day.
All of the above, is inclusive of but not exclusive to.
I appreciate that all weddings are different and may require extra services to the above and that is why, I will always create a bespoke proposal according to your individual requirements.
