Your wedding design from floor to ceiling will be created and partially or fully planned by AR Weddings.
We can start working together at any stage of your wedding planning process.
You will be provided with beautifully curated mood boards and descriptive styling plans.
Ensuring a smooth planning process, I will source, lead and manage an expertly curated team, to fully realise your bespoke wedding design, maintaining complete continuity throughout, a wonderfully smooth on-the-day styling set up and full on-the-day coordination.

CONSULTATION + BROCHURE
Complimentary initial consultation to discuss any ideas, thoughts, specific requirements and budgets.
QUESTIONNAIRE
A questionnaire to get to know all the details a little further and a venue visit with you both to discover your vision and requirements.
VENUE VISIT
A meeting with you both at your venue. It’s a chance to meet each other in person and discuss potential ideas, thoughts and requirements further.
BESPOKE CONCEPT BOARDS
Bespoke styling concept boards, that consider florals, stationery & signage, cake design, and any other styling elements based upon ideas discussed during phone and venue visit consultations. These boards can then be used as reference points for you, myself and other suppliers to use to ensure a cohesive aesthetic for your wedding day.
VENUE SOURCING
Venue research and sourcing if required.
SUPPLIER SOURCING + MANAGEMENT
Sourcing and management of trusted suppliers who are completely tailored to your requirements. Managing contracts, invoices, meetings, price negotiations and trials as and when required.
PERSONAL PROJECT BOARDS
Access to personal project management boards so that we can communicate efficiently; keep track of your planning progress and safely keep all relevant contacts, documents, invoices, budget calculators, guests details, design information in one place.
ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT
Management of administrative tasks such as guest lists, RSVP’s and table planning.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Management of your wedding budget according to your priorities.
WEBSITE BUILDING
Using your personal project board system, I can create a wedding website for you to make sure that all guests are kept up to date with your finer details.
GUEST ASSISTANCE
Guest assistance as and where we required.
PLANS + SCHEDULES
Detailed styling plans, coordination plans, & timeline schedules for yourselves, your venue and all other relevant suppliers. Managing logistics on the run up to and on your wedding day.
GUIDANCE + SUPPORT
Phone and email consultations, support and guidance, as and when required.
PROP SOURCING
Sourcing of any additional props, including, but not exclusive of, décor, lighting, table linen, crockery, glassware and cutlery.
LEAD CO-ORDINATOR
Lead co-ordinator for wedding suppliers on run up to wedding day, liaising and coordinating to ensure continuity of brief, as and when required.
CEREMONY PLANNING
Assistance with ceremony planning and rehearsals if required.
VENUE VISITS
A final venue visit consultation before your ceremony date to confirm wedding timelines and styling set-up details with yourselves and your venue.
W EDDING DAY CO-ORDINATION
Full wedding day coordination and management by myself and the AR Weddings team. Working with your venue behind the scenes on your wedding day to ensure everything runs to plan, dealing with any issues discreetly and efficiently if they should occur from morning until evening.
STYLING SET UP
Set up and styling of all required items on the wedding day.
COLLECTION OF ALL ITEMS
Organisation of all appropriate items to be collected and returned safely either on the night of your wedding or the following day.
Guidance, support and professional opinion is offered at every stage of the planning process, helping you to feel at ease knowing every detail is taken care of.
All of the above, is inclusive of but not exclusive to.
